It says the jute carries a mild earthy scent for the first few days. That is normal for natural fibre and it does dissipate, but it is better to know before unboxing than to wonder.

And it specifies indoor use only. Jute absorbs moisture, so a covered porch is still a risk in humid weather. That is a real limitation, and it is stated rather than glossed.

Hanging loops woven into the back frame is the right approach, since loops glued or stapled to a woven surface are the usual failure point on this kind of decor. Standard nails or command hooks are all that is needed.
